Although it is mostly overlooked during the summer months, as Venison is generally considered a 'winter meat', we are able to supply a range of products from the Muntjac and Roe deer, throughout the summer (see our Species Taste Guide page for more information). Venison was traditionally cooked quickly over an open flame so cooking it on the barbecue is the perfect method to produce a memorable and quick, top-quality meal.

The recipe to which has been a closely guarded secret for 8 years! These burgers are perfect for the BBQ. They can be cooked either on the griddle of a Gas BBQ or on the grill of a charcoal BBQ. Cook to your preference. There are two burgers per pack.
